Pugneys Country Park is a great place for a day out especially when the weather is good.
This afternoon we will be taking the birds up there as there are always plenty people. We have an arrangement with the park that we can set up there any weekend, so if we don’t have any shows booked we often go up there.
If you haven’t been, it really is a lovely place to spend the day. There are water sports on the lake, a miniature train and if you fancy a walk you can go up to Sandal Castle. There’s plenty space for the kids to tire themselves out, and that’s always good!
